Ramzee Robinson, a former NFL Detroit Lions cornerback and the player engagement director for the Kansas City Chiefs, has recently filed a significant lawsuit against the Chiefs.
The former NFL player, who served as the director of player engagement for the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs for almost nine years, from June 2016 to February 2025, is suing the Chiefs for unlawful termination from his job.
According to reports, Robinson filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, Jun 17, in the Western District of Missouri.
The lawsuit accuses the Chiefs of paying “African-American business employees less than their white counterparts.”
Robinson’s complaint also states that the Chiefs fired him for ‘conduct detrimental to the league.’

Her parents, Benjamin Simmons Sr. and Beverly Parker Simmons, are also both Texas natives.
Furthermore, her father, Benjamin Simmons Sr., attended O.D. Wyatt High School and later graduated from Oakwood University. He currently lives in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Similarly, her mother, Beverly Parker Simmons, is a graduate of Polytechnic High School.
