On June 9, the 21-year-old made his first appearance for the Boston Red Sox against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Although Roman Anthony went hitless in four at-bats, he managed to make an impact by driving in a run with an RBI groundout.

Sitting just behind the dugout, Lia caught the attention of fans and cameras alike with her amazing personality and proud support of her brother.
