Reggie Bush got elected for his senior season at USC on January 12, 2006, and declared himself eligible for the NFL Draft.
The New Orleans Saints chose the Californian with the second overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft. He was the second-highest-paid player in NFL endorsement deals, amounting to nearly US $5 million per annum.
