Fouad Abiad Carved Out An Impressive Bodybuilding Career.

Born on October 15, 1978, in Windsor, Ontario, his journey began with a great victory at the 2001 Windsor Cup, just 18 months after he started training.

His motto, “Sacrifice without regret,” fueled his rise through the amateur ranks, topping in earning his IFBB Pro League status at the 2006 Canadian Championships, where he won the super-heavyweight division and overall titles.

In 2006, he made his pro debut at the Atlantic City Pro, finishing 15th, and went on to compete in the prestigious 2008 Mr. Olympia.

His standout year came in 2015, when he claimed victories at the Orlando Show of Champions and the Vancouver Pro, and secured second place at the Tampa Pro, narrowly behind winner Maxx Charles. His final competition was the 2017 Arnold Classic, where he placed sixth.

After retiring from competitive bodybuilding in 2021, Fouad shifted his focus to new ventures, showcasing his versatility and drive.

He founded Hosstile, a supplement brand that shows his dedication to quality and performance in the fitness industry.
