Former NASCAR driver Randy LaJoie and his wife Lisa Lajoie have been married for the past three decades. Not only are the NASCAR couple life partners, but they are also business partners.
Randy Lajoie began his professional racing career at age 20 at the Danbury Fair Racearna in 1981.
In 1983, the racer decided to move to the NASCAR North Tour and two years later won the 1985 NASCAR North Tour Championship.
LaJoie made his NASCAR Winston Cup debut at Atlanta Motor Speedway that same year.
It wasn’t until the late 90s that the driver got his mojo back. He returned to Busch and won consecutive championships in 1996 and 1997.
Since 2006, Randy hasn’t participated in a single race and has turned his focus on becoming an entrepreneur and a NASCAR analyst.
One of his business partners and supporters happens to be his wife, Lisa. The two are focused on growing their business, The Joie of Seating, which marked its 30th anniversary in 2024.

In an interview with the Colon Cancer Coalition Organization, Randy LaJoie’s wife, Lisa Lajoi,e shared the story of her beating colon cancer.
Lisa wasn’t the first member of her family to have been diagnosed with cancer.
Her aunt died of Breast Cancer, who was diagnosed at 48. Her sister died of a brain tumor diagnosed when she was only 18.
Lisa started growing suspicious when she discovered blood in her stool, which led to a colonoscopy and eventually, it was found out that she had a cancerous tumor.
She received six weeks of a chemo 5FU in a 24/7 pump and, at the same time, six weeks of radiation.
Lisa had surgery to remove the tumor and then six more months of chemo 5FU and Oxapilation.
As Lisa battled with cancer, her faith in the man above grew. She said:
In her interview, Lisa said going to church and bible study helped her cope with cancer.
The mother of two added that her battle with cancer has made her more aware of what she eats.
Lisa said she is moving towards eating more organic food and limiting her meat consumption.
A graduate of Norwalk High School, Lisa co-owns The Joie of Seating with her husband, Randy.
Lisa is available on Facebook and has shared a few family photos, including a throwback picture of her and Randy standing proudly for the national anthem at a racetrack.
Randy And Lisa’s Two Sons Work In NASCAR But For Different Purposes
Randy and Lisa LaJoie are parents to two sons– Corey and Casey LaJoie.
The two brothers work with NASCAR, but their roles are different.
Casey LaJoie is the Video Production Manager for Kaulig Racing and a Track announcer for Millbridge Speedway.
His brother, Corey LaJoie, followed in their father’s footsteps and is a NASCAR racer.
In 2024, Corey ended as the 33rd-best driver on the track, with one top-five and three top-tens.
He started his racing career in 1996 in kart racing and made his debut in 2009 with the NASCAR Camping World East Series.
Unlike his dad, Corey hasn’t won a significant championship, but the hunt continues.
The NASCAR driver married his wife, Kella LaJoie, on December 31, 2018, and the two are parents to three boys- Levi, Jenson, and Pierce.
The Video Production Manager, Casey, tied the knot with Erin LaJoie on July 25, 2020.
On his Instagram, Casey has shared several sweet posts for his wife, including on their anniversary and special occasions, such as Valentine’s Day and birthdays.
