Robert Reid wife, Diana Reid, hasn’t made many public appearances with the late basketball player. Diana and Robert do not happen to share any kids.
Robert’s four kids are from his previous relationships. He was previously married to Donna Bogley, with whom he had two kids. His two younger kids are from other relationships.
The former Houston Rockets shooting guard, Robert Reid, died at age 68 on Tuesday afternoon. A 13-year NBA veteran, Robert played for four NBA sides but spent the majority of his years with the Rockets.
Matt Young of the Houston Chronicles has reported that Reid died of cancer. After retirement, Reid pursued a career as a basketball coach and retired in 2005 after coaching one season in the Hungarian league.

Robert Reid wife, Diana Reid, didn’t make many public appearances with the late basketball player. But during his lifetime, the former NBA player had married twice.
Before tying the knot with Diana, Robert was married to Donna Bogley. The Hoston Rockets player was never candid about his personal life but briefly talked about his married life with Donna in an interview with The Washington Post in 1983.
The former NBA player had grown up in a religious household. He and his mother, Blondell Reid, were devout members of the Pentecostal Church.
So, when Donna became pregnant with the couple’s first child before marriage, it became a difficult situation for Robert to navigate.
Robert was reluctant to marry Donna Bogley, a dental hygienist. But he did end up tying the knot with Donna, and the two welcomed their first child, Robert Reid Jr.
As they settled down in their married life, the couple became parents for the second time with Keva Reid. The two oldest Reid kids have kept themselves out of the public limelight and aren’t available on social media.
Robert went on to have two more kids, Crystal and Jana Thomas Reid. It remains uncertain with whom Robert had Crystal, but the former Houston Rockets player had his daughter, Jana Thomas Reid, with a woman named Kym Thomas.
Robert’s wife, Diana Reid, is available on Facebook and has shared several photos of the couple’s outing. In 2022, Robert and Diana volunteered in a program organized to provide drinking water in Mississippi.
Robert Reid Youngest Daughter Is A Former Collegiate Player
In 2018, the father-daughter duo of Robert and Jana Thomas Reid had grabbed headlines. At the time, Jana played basketball for Aldine’s Davis High School and was one of their star players.
Standing at 6’3, Jana played as a forward and was one of the promising basketball players. In her interview, Jana said pressure was always on her to prove herself on the court because of her last name.
After graduating high school, Jana enrolled at Biola University. At Biola, Jana’s interest changed. She was part of the team but didn’t play as many games as one would think. In college, Jana left behind her basketball career and started pursuing filmmaking.
She graduated from Biola University with a cinematography and film/video production degree.
The most action she saw as a basketball player was in her senior year. She appeared in 11 games and scored 18 points, with a career-high of six points against Concordia.
Currently, Jana works as a second assistant director at NBF Film Production and is also an event and recruiting manager.
But Jana hasn’t forgotten her roots. Alongside trying to break into the film world, Robert’s youngest daughter is also a girls’ varsity basketball coach at YES Prep Public Schools.
