Ryan, when he was one year old, his parents found a lump on his thumb. After a check-up, they found that Ryan had a rare cancer in soft tissue called rhabdomyosarcoma.
After 18 months of treatment and chemotherapy, he was finally cancer-free.
Even though he was cancer free, it impacted his growth, causing a delay in his physical development until the age of 15.
