A mother has publicly demanded answers from the University of Utah and Weber State University after discovering that her daughter’s athletic profile allegedly lists individuals she says should not be identified as parents.
Recently, her concerns were raised in a social media post shared by Voices of Hope.
The mother claims that her daughter’s father has been charged with child kidnapping.

She also alleges that the father’s girlfriend, who she describes as the child’s former tennis coach, is listed alongside him as the student-athlete’s parent in university-related records.

According to the post, the former coach was previously fired. The mother claims the coach was also court-ordered not to communicate with her daughter during her custodial time.
She says this was due to alleged custodial interference, fraud, slander, and false allegations.
The mother argues that listing this person as a parent is a serious misrepresentation with legal and emotional consequences.
In the post share has offered a screenshot of her daughter’s sports profile, where inpersoanal sectaion the names of her parents where misrepresneted.
In her statement, the mother questioned the responsibility of higher education institutions.
She asked whether universities “teach, enable, and profit from” situations where parental identities are allegedly misrepresented.
She also tagged the University of Utah, Weber State University, and several state and legal institutions, stating that she plans to seek answers through an upcoming documentary.
