With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Sonoma State University (graduated in 2015) and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports, and Exercise Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, Sarah has built an impressive career spanning over 12 years.

Her professional journey shows her passion for sports, media, and mental performance.

Sarah’s career began at KSUN Radio, where she served as the director of the sports department and a radio show host for a year. From there, she took on roles at Sonoma State University, Chat Sports Inc., KEYC-TV (CBS), Fox12, SSI-TV, and WTVY/WRGX-TV (CBS).

In 2017, she stepped into the spotlight as a sports reporter and television host for Fox Sports West, Prime Ticket, and Fox Sports San Diego, where she worked for over two years.

Since 2018, Sarah has served as a research assistant at California State University, and in 2020, she assumed a new role as a Mental Performance Coach at SCT Consulting in Nashville, Tennessee.

Her work as a mental performance coach aligns perfectly with her academic background, allowing her to help athletes unlock their full potential.

Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah is deeply committed to giving back.

She volunteers as a missionary at Sierra Bible Church, serves as a long-term care volunteer at Sonora Regional Medical Center, teaches at Sierra Bible Church, and supports The Humane Society of Tuolumne County.

A devout Christian, she has openly shared how her belief in God has guided her through challenges, including a traumatic experience early in her career.

Sarah was abducted, an ordeal she bravely shared in a video with “I Am Second.

In the video, she spoke candidly about how her faith helped her heal and find forgiveness for her assailant.

This resilience and grace have shaped her into the strong, empathetic woman she is today, inspiring those around her, including Trent.

Trent And Sarah’s Marriage Is A True Partnership

They are each other’s biggest cheerleaders, whether it’s Sarah supporting Trent during his NFL games or Trent standing by Sarah as she pursues her career and volunteer work.

Their shared moments, whether at charity events, NFL games, or quiet vacations, show a couple deeply in love and committed to uplifting one another.

Recently, Trent faced a setback when the San Francisco 49ers placed him on the Injured Reserve (IR) list on June 4, 2025, due to an injury that will sideline him for the remainder of the season.

This news came shortly after he signed a futures contract with the 49ers on January 6, 2025.

The team also made other roster moves, including waiving offensive lineman Nicholas Petit-Frere and signing wide receiver Malik Knowles to a one-year deal.

While this injury is undoubtedly a challenge for Trent, Sarah’s continuous support will surely be a source of strength as he navigates this difficult time.

As a mental performance coach, Sarah is uniquely equipped to help Trent stay focused and resilient during his recovery.

Trent and Sarah Taylor’s story is about love and teamwork. As Trent heals from his injury and Sarah pursues her work, their bond will only strengthen.

Whether they’re sharing a kiss after a game or supporting each other through life’s challenges, Trent and Sarah remind us that true love is about being there for each other, no matter what.
