Stephen Scott, a dedicated and talented young golfer from Florida, tragically passed away at the age of 19, leaving his family, friends, and well-wishers heartbroken.

He was actively involved in the junior program at Sandridge Golf Club.

On May 1, 2025, after being injured in a serious car accident that occurred the previous weekend, he passed away.

As of now, the exact circumstances surrounding his car accident remain unknown, and authorities are actively investigating to determine the cause.

Stephen Scott Dedicated Himself To Competitive Golf From 2017 Until His Passing In 2025!

A native of Vero Beach, Florida, Stephen Scott was a proud participant in the junior program at Sandridge Golf Club.

He secured the first-place position at Sandridge Golf Club in the 2023 South Florida PGA Junior Challenge Tour.

On March 16-17, he competed in Challenge Tour Event #2 at Sandridge Golf Club in Vero Beach.

He finished the tournament with a total score of +11, and his first-round performance was strong, carding a 74, which put him in a leading position. In the final round, he recorded an 81, bringing his total to 155.

During the tournament, Scott opened with an impressive 2-over-par 74 on Saturday, securing a one-stroke lead.

His victory reflected his dedication to golf and his ability to perform under pressure.

Similarly, as per the tournament results of the Florida State Golf Association, in 2022, Stephen Scott competed in several tournaments.

At the FJT Eagle Creek Open (16-18) Spring event on May 15, 2022, he finished in T26 position, posting scores of 76 in the first round and 85 in the second, totaling 161.

Earlier that year, on March 13, 2022, he participated in the FJT Sandridge Open (16-18), securing a T40 finish with scores of 81 and 86, bringing his total to 167.

Additionally, on January 17, 2022, he participated in the FJT Florida State University (16-18) 54-Hole Major.

However, he could not complete the tournament, recording a 97 in the first round before withdrawing.

Stephen had showcased his talent in the junior golf program and was expected to have a promising future in the sport.

Many believed that he would go on to achieve great success. However, his journey was tragically cut short, leaving behind his family and golf community.

His sudden passing at just 19 years old left a profound void in the hearts of his family and community.

Stephen’s friends and well-wishers are mourning his loss by taking to social media. One of his friends’ parents described him as a cherished person and said:
