Scott Laughton and his wife, Chloe Laughton, had been in a relationship for over five years before they finally tied the knot.

Scott Laughton, born on May 30, 1994, is a Canadian professional ice hockey center and the alternate captain for the Philadelphia Flyers in the NHL.
His early hockey development was under the guidance of his father, who coached him from the age of five to 14.
The Oshawa Generals drafted him as the third overall pick in the 2010 OHL Selection Draft.
After completing his sophomore season in the OHL, the Philadelphia Flyers drafted Laughton as the 20th overall pick in the first round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft.
He has been playing for the Flyers since making his NHL debut on January 19, 2013.
On the international stage, Laughton has proudly represented Canada in various tournaments, including the World U-17 Hockey Challenge and the IIHF World U18 Championship.

Scott Laughton tied the knot with Chloe Laughton, and their wedding celebration in July 2022 garnered attention on social media.
A photo circulating online depicted the couple exchanging vows at an altar near Toronto, leading many to believe it was their recent wedding.
However, Laughton later clarified that it was a re-enactment of their actual wedding, which took place a year earlier in Haddonfield.
“We actually got married a year ago in Haddonfield,” he explained. “This was just the celebration.”
The event turned out to be a festive affair with a significant turnout of family and friends, including former Philadelphia winger Michael Raffl, who participated as a member of the wedding party.
The couple’s journey to marriage included an engagement in March 2021, and sources indicate that they have been in a relationship since 2016.
As of this writing, the couple does not share any children but are proud pet parents to cats.
Adding to their personal lives, Chloe Laughton maintains an active presence on Instagram, sharing moments with over 3,000 followers under the handle @chloeabby_.
