The 2023 Baseball Hall of Famer, Scott Rolen paid tribute to his family, including his wife Niki, daughter Raine, son Finn, father Ed, and mother Linda.

On July 23, as part of his official induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame, Rolen gave a moving statement in which he praised his family and his community.

Rolen’s son anticipated that his father will be elected into the Hall of Fame at some point in 2018 when he first made the ballot.

Scott Bruce Rolen made his MLB debut with the Phillies in 1996 and later played for the Cardinals in 2002.

However, Rolen ended his career in 2012 playing for Cincinnati Reds.

The American former professional baseman is the 1997 National League Rookie of the Year with the Phillies and 8-times National League 3B Gold Glove winner.

Moreover, the 7-time NL All-Star got to hold the 2006 World Series Championship with the Cardinals.

Regarded as one of the best defensive third basemen of his time, the Hall of Famer is widely involved in charity. 

Additionally, he also started the Enis Furley Foundation in 1999 to help needy children and their families. The foundation is also involved in community outreach programs.

Scott Rolen was born in Evansville, Indiana, United States, to his parents, Linda Rolen (mother) and Ed Rolen (father).

The 49-year-old is not much active on social media and always tries to put himself out of the media limelight.

However, in a recent video, he was seen sharing a tender hug with her mother after being named to the Hall of Fame.

Ed Rolen, his father, was also vividly emotional. The two spouses were thrilled to witness their son blossom into a star in front of their very eyes.

“Seeing Mom and Dad walk to their seats from my position at third base was a feeling never topped again in my 17 years,” Rolen said during his 16-minute acceptance speech.

Scott Rolen started dating his wife, Niki Warner, in around 2001.

The couple tied the knot on February 2, 2002. Together they reside in Bloomington, Indiana.

Scott and Nikki are involved with a number of charitable organizations. They themselves founded their own charitable organization and named it after their beloved dog, Enis.

The wife of Scott Rolen collaborates closely with her husband in this lovely endeavor that seeks to put smiles on the faces of families and children.

Together with his better half of 22 years, Niki Warner, Scott Rolen is a proud parent to two precious bundles of joy.

Kids

The elder daughter Raine was born in 2004. Three years later, the couple became parents to a loving son Finn in the year 2007.

Raine Rolen, the first child of Scott and Niki, is a multisport athlete. The 18-year-old is onto Girls’ Varsity Volleyball as a middle hitter in Bloomington South High School since 2020.

Previously, she played Basketball in the same school from 2019 to 2022.

The 15-year-old younger son is his dad’s biggest fan and admirer. Finn first predicted in 2018 that his dad would one day be included in the class of Hall of Fame.
