Melissa Bidwell is the sister of Fox News anchor Julie Banderas, but unlike her well-known sibling, she keeps a much lower profile.
Julie Banderas formerly hosted Fox Report Weekend and now frequently fills in on weekday shows, including America’s Newsroom, The Faulkner Focus, and Outnumbered.
She also helps host The Big Weekend Show and appears regularly on Gutfeld!, where news and humor often blend.
Similarly, Julie has occasionally discussed sports topics, especially during lighter segments on Fox News.
She’s known to share her opinions in a fun and casual way on shows like Jesse Watters Primetime and Fox News Saturday Night with Jimmy Failla.
One example was when she gave her take on NFL coach Bill Belichick’s relationship with a much younger girlfriend, which became a talking point in both sports and entertainment news.

The two sisters, Julie and Melissa, grew up in Hartford, Connecticut, as the daughters of Fabiola R., who is originally from Colombia, and Howard D. Bidwell, a Navy veteran and civil engineer who passed away in 2010.
Julie also has four half-siblings from her father’s first marriage, but Melissa is her only blood sibling.

Melissa is best known for her behind-the-scenes work on the reality TV show The Apprentice, hosted by Donald Trump.
She worked as a camera operator on the show for several seasons, from 2005 to 2009.
Julie once mentioned her sister’s role on the show during a 2018 segment on Fox News, using it to support her claim that she never heard Trump use inappropriate language, based on Melissa’s experience working directly on the production.
Similarly, in 2024, Julie Banderas shared her pride in her sister Melissa Bidwell by highlighting her role as an executive producer on the Hulu series Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Thank you for sharing. In today’s world we don’t hear compliments of their sibling, like your kind words. Especially since you come from a successful family. GOD BLESS.
