Sydney Brooke Simpson’s whereabouts surged after the release of a new docuseries based on her parents.

The former football running back, actor, and broadcaster OJ Simpson married Marguerite L. Whitley on June 24, 1967. The couple had three children together.

However, after his divorce from Marguerite, Simpson began dating Nicole Brown, whom he married on February 2, 1985. Nicole and OJ had two children, a daughter and a son.

The OJ Simpson murder trial, often dubbed The Trial of the Century, remains one of the most widely publicized court cases in American history.

Their trial sparked significant public interest in Simpson’s children, notably Sydney Brooke Simpson.

Not much is publicly known about Sydney’s current life, but she and her brother Justin have grown up and become parents.

Sydney Brooke Simpson’s Journey: From Her Parents’ Fame To A Life Out Of The Spotlight

Sydney Simpson was born to O. J. Simpson and Nicole Brown on October 17, 1985, and is currently 40-years-old.

After the divorce of their parents, Nicole and O.J. shared custody of Sydney and Justin.

Sydney was eight years old at the time of her mother’s tragic passing in 1994, while her younger brother, Justin, was just four.

After Nicole Brown took her last breath and during her father’s trial, Sydney was cared for by her maternal grandparents, Louis and Juditha Brown.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Sydney earned a degree in Sociology from Boston University.

After graduating, she spent some time in Atlanta before relocating to St. Petersburg, Florida.

Moreover, an article published in The Tampa Bay Times in 2016 noted that Sydney had pursued a career in real estate and owned multiple properties in Florida alongside her brother.

In 2017, there were rumors about her dating real estate investor Robert Blackmon, but he dismissed these claims, stating they were just friends.

However, she now leads a private life and chooses not to participate in the docuseries The Life And Murder Of Nicole Brown Simpsons. Sydney also has no presence on social media.

In May 2024, Sydney’s aunt, Dominique, mentioned that after being thrust into the spotlight as children, Sydney and her younger brother prefer “to just stay low-key.”

Although she is well-known as the daughter of her famous parents, she has yet to have a dedicated Wikipedia page and continues to lead a happy, private life.

In Case You Didn’t Know

  • The two siblings have consistently maintained their belief in their father’s innocence and have speculated that their mother’s murder may have been linked to a dr*g deal gone awry.
