27-year-old American actress Sydney Sweeney recently took to her Instagram to make public that she is playing legendary female boxer Christy Martin in the unnamed biopic directed by David Michôd.
On October 16, 2024, Sydney shared a couple of behind-the-scenes pictures on Instagram, flaunting her brown curly hair and muscles, giving glimpses of her transformation into International Hall of Fame boxer Christy Martin.
The fact to be told is that she appears pretty indistinguishable from Christy in appearances, although it was just a makeover. And in the caption, Sydney wrote,
Well, the cats out of the bag thanks to some paps in bushes so here’s a little bts from my film im working on right now. Over the past few months, i’ve been immersed in training to bring to life the story of an incredible woman—a true champion who fought battles both inside and outside the ring.
