On October 5, 2004, Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren married in a Florida suburb. They were in a happy marriage until Woods’ infidelity scandal broke out in November, 2009.
Initially, Woods and Nordegren got engaged in November, 2003 after Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik introduced them at The Open Championship in 2001.
The Swedish model had moved to the United States to work as a nanny for the kids of golfer Jesper Parnevik.
The National Enquirer claimed that Woods had an affair with Rachel Uchitel, a New York City nightclub manager.
