Ron traveled to many countries and fished in diverse waters, turning a hobby into a deep interest.
In recent years, Ron has fully embraced life on the water. He is now a fully insured Master US Coast Guard licensed captain.
He has been fishing off the coast of Southern California since the early 1990s, with 25 of those years spent on private boats.
Ron calls himself a “fishing nerd” and says there’s nothing he’s more passionate about than deep-sea fishing in those waters.
Since 2016, he has zeroed in on the magnificent Bluefin Tuna fishery.
He loves sharing his enthusiasm with others, often leading charters through his venture, Swift and Salty Sportfishing.
