The NFL star Tremaine Edmunds comes from a family with a deep-rooted connection to sports, especially football.

Tremaine Edmunds, an American football linebacker for the Chicago Bears in the NFL, was born on May 2, 1998.

He played college football at Virginia Tech and was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

In 2017, during his junior year, he was a finalist for the Butkus Award, a prestigious honour recognizing outstanding linebackers after achieving 108 tackles and 5.5 sacks.

Following this remarkable season, he decided to forgo his senior year and enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Throughout his college career, he amassed 213 tackles, 10 sacks, and one interception. In the 2018 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills were in the first round, 16th overall.

Moreover, he became the second youngest player ever to be drafted in NFL history at 19 years, 11 months, and 24 days old.

 All three brothers graduated from Dan River High School and continued their football careers at Virginia Tech.

Tremaine Edmunds’s Eldest Brother, Trey Edmunds

Ferrell “Trey” Edmunds III is an American football running back who is currently a free agent.

After playing college football at Virginia Tech and Maryland, he signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2017.

During his tenure as a running back with the Saints, he played for a year, participating in 16 games.

Moreover, he scored one rushing touchdown during his tenure with the team. On September 3, 2018, the Saints released Edmunds from their roster. 

Trey Edmunds is now a married man with a beautiful woman named Tianna D. She is a former D1 track & field athlete and works as a mental health and fitness advocate.

The couple married on March 12, 2022, at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in Miami. 

Terrell And Tremaine Were Both Drafted In The First Round In 2018

In 2018, the Edmunds brothers made history by both being chosen in the first round of the NFL Draft.

Terrell was chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers as the 28th overall pick, while the Buffalo Bills selected Tremaine in the first round of the same draft.

Ferrell Terrell Edmunds, who the Pittsburgh Steelers selected, currently plays as a football safety for the Philadelphia Eagles.
