Trinity Rodman, the Women’s Soccer Player for the Washington Spirit, has called his boyfriend a ‘Natural Born Cheater’ in an Instagram Live, but it is not what you are thinking.
After withdrawing from the USA Open Match in NYC due to a shoulder injury sustained in Set 5 of Round 3, he was seen with his better half, Rodman, 23.
Definitely A Fun Sporting Couple
In the Instagram live on Friday, September 5, 2025, Ben and his girlfriend were playing a card game.
What happens next is that Ben tries to play a move without explaining the rules, making Trinity tease him. Trinity, after the moment, said, “No, no, no, you didn’t explain it on purpose. You’re just a natural-born cheater.”
Many people were left curious and confused if it was due to some allegations, but no, it was simply banter between the Sports couple. “I swear I’m not. I just forgot to explain that rule,” the Tennis Star laughed and replied to her.
Rodman, full of humour, replied, “No, no, no, you didn’t explain it on purpose,” and the couple shared a laugh. Rodman then went on to share the rules of the game.
They make a great sporting couple and have been together for over six months. Since then, they have supported each other by attending both Tennis and Soccer Games, whether it be Trinity attending the BMW Open or Ben attending an NWSL match.

As mentioned earlier, he was unable to continue the sets in the third round; the score was 6–4, 4–6, 6–3, 3–6 at that point against Adrian Mannarino. Ultimately, Carlos Alcarraz went on to win his sixth Grand Slam.
