The health and fitness community is mourning the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Keith Bailey, the founder of TWB Fitness and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Keith passed away unexpectedly this past weekend, leaving behind his wife, Rachel, their four-year-old daughter, Ensley, and a baby on the way.

His passing has left friends, family, clients, and community members shaken, with many taking to social media to honor a man remembered for his kindness, loyalty, and drive.

One close friend wrote,

“He was one of the kindest men I’d ever had the pleasure of knowing. Even if we hadn’t talked in months, every time we did it felt like we had just seen each other yesterday.”

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support Keith’s young family during this unimaginable time.

The campaign portrays a man whose mission was not just physical transformation, but also building people up from the inside out.

Keith Bailey’s Passion For Health And Fitness Led Him To TWB Fitness

Keith Bailey founded TWB Fitness (Together We Build) in 2018, aiming to create more than just a gym; he wanted to build a community.

After serving in the Air Force, Keith turned his passion for health, fitness, and helping others into a calling.

TWB became a home for countless individuals seeking not only physical improvement but personal empowerment.

Keith once wrote on TWB’s launch page,

“Since high school, I’ve had a passion for living lean and fit. This passion, coupled with my desire to help those around me, led me to where I am today.”

TWB offered more than workouts; it provided structure, accountability, and motivation.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and strength-based workouts were paired with nutrition coaching and mental toughness training.

Keith believed in fitness as a lifestyle, and he was living proof of its transformative power.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist with a BA in Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus, Keith combined academic knowledge with hands-on experience.

He and Rachel built the business together, a labor of love that impacted hundreds across Aurora and beyond.

Keith Bailey Was A Family Man

Beyond the gym, Keith Bailey was a devoted husband and father.

He built TWB with his wife, Rachel Bailey, who stayed at home to raise their daughter, Ensley.

Friends describe their family as loving, tight-knit, and full of dreams.

GoFundMe description read,

“Keith dedicated his life to creating a future full of love, purpose, and stability for his family. While that dream has been shaken, we’re asking for your help in keeping it alive.”

His death leaves behind not only a grieving family but a fitness community and veteran network that looked up to him.
