Frank Korczukowski, a Washington, New Jersey resident, passed away on December 2, 2025, at an untimely age, leaving his family and loved ones devastated.
According to a GoFundMe page, Frank Korczukowski lost his battle with mental health struggles.
The post reads:
“No one can prepare for mental illness and the control it takes over someone you love. Mental illness does not discriminate.”
The fundraiser aims to collect $18k to ease the financial burden of the Korczukowski family during this difficult time and cover funeral expenses.
Frank Korczukowski touched the lives of many in the community with his kind-hearted nature and as a great family man.
He was a devoted husband to his longtime wife, Cindy Korczukowski, and a loving father to his three children: two sons, Jacob and John, and a daughter, Sarah.
Furthermore, Frank Korczukowski raised all three of his kids to be exceptional athletes.
His eldest son, Jacob Korczukowski, played lacrosse for the men’s team at Centenary University and at Warren Hills Regional High School, where he earned several honorable titles, including All-Conference and First Team All-Pooley Division.
Jacob now serves as an assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Warren Hills Regional High School.
His daughter, Sarah Korczukowski, played field hockey at Rutgers University and Stevens Institute of Technology and won several honorable titles. She now serves as an information security analyst I at Marotta Controls.
Similarly, the youngest son, John Korczukowski, played lacrosse and football at Warren Hills Regional High School and recently graduated.
Frank Korczukowski proudly attended all his children’s games as their biggest fan. He will always be remembered as a loving father and a great human being.
John Korczukowski took to his social media to express his sorrow and pay tribute to his father, Frank Korczukowski.
Sharing a beautiful picture of him with his late father, John wrote: “Rest Easy Dad I Love You.“
Late Frank Korczukowski Served as a Warehouse Specialist and Locksmith Apprentice
In addition to being an amazing father and a loving husband, Frank Korczukowski contributed to his community as a great warehouse specialist.
He was serving as a warehouse specialist at New York Fire Door in Hackettstown, New Jersey, and as a locksmith apprentice at Reliable Lock and Safe until his recent passing.
Prior to that, he served as a delivery driver at Port Murray Auto Salvage for two years and as a Lineman at Verizon for nearly 29 years.
Frank earned his high school diploma in general studies from West Orange High School in 1988.
In addition to his wife, Cindy, and three kids, Frank Korczukowski is survived by his cousins, siblings, and the entire family. His family will soon provide details about his funeral and memorial services.
