A young student-athlete, Brayden Hand, tragically lost his life in an ATV accident, leaving his family, friends, and school community in deep mourning.

Brayden Hand was an 11th-grade student-athlete at West Point High School in Cullman, Alabama.

Sadly, he lost his life in a car accident on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The school announced this tragic news publicly, stating that he passed away from injuries in the crash.

His absence deeply affected his family, friends, and the West Point community.

Brayden was more than just a student; he was a lively and promising young man.

His school community is mourning his passing, remembering him as a valued friend and teammate.

They have expressed deep sorrow over his passing, further stating:

Our West Point family mourns the heartbreaking loss of one of our own, Brayden Hand. As a student, friend, and teammate, he touched many lives and will be deeply missed. We are truly grateful for the outpouring of thoughts and prayers from our community as we navigate this difficult time together.

Brayden Hand Excelled In Academics And Athletics As Well!

Brayden is one of the most amazing cheerleaders that I have seen it was not his motions that amazed me but his attitude on and off mat Brayden would lift his teammates up he never failed to have a smile on his face. He always had a positive perspective on the most negative things. We miss you a lot Brayden.

The world has lost a bright young soul: his family, a beloved son, and his school, a talented student-athlete.
