After debuting in WWE in 2006, he became a two-time Intercontinental Champion and a prolific tag team competitor, winning eight tag titles.

Rhodes left WWE in 2016, gaining prominence on the independent circuit, ROHNJPW, and as a co-founder of AEW, where he was the inaugural AEW TNT Champion.

Returning to WWE in 2022, Rhodes achieved monumental success, including back-to-back Royal Rumble wins (2023, 2024) and capturing the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania XL.

He also topped the PWI 500 list in 2024, solidifying his legacy as one of wrestling’s elite performers.

Cody Rhodes’ Sister Teil Briefly Worked In AEW While His Half-Sister Kristin Was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader!

Cody Rhodes, widely recognized as “The American Nightmare,” comes from a family deeply rooted in wrestling history.

Much attention is given to his legendary father, Dusty Rhodes, and his half-brother, Dustin Rhodes.

His sisters, Kristin and Teil, contribute to the Rhodes family legacy in remarkable ways.

Kristin Runnels Ditto is Cody’s half-sister, born to Dusty Rhodes and his first wife, Sandra McHargue.

While her brothers followed their father into wrestling, Kristin chose a different path.

She was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader in the late 1990s, showcasing her talent and charisma.

Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Arlington, where she also minored in Dance.

With sports entertainment, marketing, and health and wellness expertise, Kristin has also been involved in real estate as a Texas Realtor with Keller Williams Realty.

Married to Don Ditto, Kristin is a mother of three sons and balances her professional life with her role as a dedicated wife and mother.

Whereas, Cody’s biological sister, Teil Runnels Gergel, is known for her appearances in AEW Dynamite (2019), American Nightmare: Becoming Cody Rhodes (2023), and Rhodes to the Top (2021).

These roles highlight her brief involvement in the wrestling world alongside her support of the Rhodes family’s legacy.

However, her priorities shifted to family life after she and her husband, Kevin Gergel, welcomed their two children.

Teil now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she devotes herself to raising her son and daughter while supporting the family’s wrestling legacy from behind the scenes.
