Daina Lewis, a registered yoga teacher from Moline, Illinois, sadly passed away on Monday.
As per Daina’s official Facebook handle, she lived in Moline, Illinois, and received a 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Indigo Wellness Studios.
She received a 500-hour massage therapy certificate from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
From 2020 to 2021, she attended Tapas Yoga Shala, receiving a 300-hour yoga teacher training.
Her LinkedIn profile showcased that she served as the event coordinator at the Moline Viking Club and yoga instructor at Haus of Om on Black Hawk Road, Rock Island, IL, United States.

Yoga instructor at Haus of Om, Daina Lewis, took her last breath on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 49, just six days before her 50th birthday. However, the cause of death has not been revealed yet.
Moline High School Class of ’93 took to their official Facebook handle to mourn the tragic death of Daina Lewis. They wrote,
