Kyle Fraser, a New York-based attorney, isn’t the only one celebrating his big win; his wife, Maggie Turner, is just as thrilled to see him crowned Sole Survivor and take home the $1 million prize.

He isn’t the only one in the spotlight after his Survivor 48 win—his wife, Maggie Turner, is an athlete in her own right.

While Kyle showed his strength and skills on the island, Maggie ran a half marathon (13.1 miles) and proudly supported the University of Michigan’s soccer and football games.

As the winner, Kyle had to choose who would face off in a fire-making challenge to decide the last spot in the final three.

Kyle chose to send Eva and Kamilla into the fire-making challenge. Eva won the fire challenge and moved on to the final three with Kyle and Joe.

At the final Tribal Council, the jury (of eliminated players) asked the finalists questions about their gameplay and voted for who they thought should win the game.

In the end, Kyle Fraser won Survivor with 4 votes. Eva got 2 votes, and Joe got 1. Kamilla and Mitch didn’t make it to the final three, so they got no votes.

After the show, Maggie Turner shared her thoughts about her husband’s journey, saying that Kyle’s every decision on Survivor was part of his strategy.

She praised his thoughtful gameplay and how carefully he planned each move to get to the end and win.

In her next story, Maggie shared a fun memory about a friend who asked whether Kyle could bring home a million dollars.

She added with pride and excitement that he did precisely that, proving the doubt wrong and winning Survivor Season 48.

Kyle Fraser and Maggie Turner married in 2024, and their relationship has been filled with love and laughter.

He once shared a heartfelt message saying that he and their dog Sam love Maggie deeply and look forward to many birthday celebrations at their favorite Outback Steakhouse.

Moreover, they both have the same profession. Maggie Turner is an attorney based in Brooklyn, New York, currently working as an Associate at the law firm Emery Celli Brinckerhoff Abady Ward & Maazel LLP.

With a strong background in civil rights law, Maggie previously served as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and held clerkships in both the U.S. District and Appeals Courts.

She earned her law degree with honors from the University of Michigan Law School and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia.
