Support Grows For Injured Pitcher Brayden Vickery

His parents, Therese and Benny, say it’s a miracle that he survived the crash.

Brayden Vickery’s sister, Kara Vickery, shared an emotional message asking others to keep her brother in their thoughts and to spread the word.

Similarly, Carissa Mooney, a neighbor of Brayden Vickery, expressed her deep concern and support for the Vickery family following Brayden’s serious accident.

My neighbor. Please consider donating to the expenses associated with his recovery. Glory be to God that he made it through that horrific accident. If nothing else please pray for the family.

Carissa Mooney

She urged others to consider donating to help cover the medical and recovery expenses, emphasizing how grateful everyone is that he survived such a devastating crash.

Even for those unable to contribute financially, she asked that people keep the family in their prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

In the comment section, Jenna LaFlamme responded with shock and relief, saying how terrifying the situation was and expressing gratitude that Brayden is alive.

Carissa Mooney, the original poster, replied by agreeing and reflecting on how fragile life truly is.

Brayden had recently undergone Tommy John surgery and was already on the road to recovery when the crash added to his physical challenges.

Despite the pain he’s now facing, Brayden’s family remains hopeful about his strength and determination.

The Vickery family is now seeking assistance with their increasing medical expenses.

These costs include emergency transportation, extended hospital stays, surgeries, and future rehab.

They say any donation, big or small, will go directly toward covering Brayden’s medical needs as he begins this difficult recovery journey.
