MLB player Cal Raleigh comes from a close-knit family comprising three siblings, two sisters, Emma and Carley, and a younger brother, Todd Raleigh Jr.
While none of his sisters were into baseball, they played basketball.
The eldest of the Raleigh siblings, Emma Grace, played collegiate volleyball at Bradley University, where she competed as a libero and defensive specialist.
Born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Emma was a standout athlete despite an ankle injury that sidelined her during her senior year of high school and part of her junior year.
During her time there, she racked up impressive stats, including over 1,000 digs.
At Bradley, she earned numerous honors, including MVC Defensive Player of the Week on October 14, 2019, after setting a Missouri Valley Conference record with 48 digs in a four-set win against Drake.
She averaged 3.70 digs per set as a junior, helping Bradley rank second nationally in digs per set.
Likewise, Emma also received the Bradley COUNTRY Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week award on October 16, 2019.
Not to forget, she was named to the MVC Honor Roll from 2018 to 2021 and the Bradley AD Honor Roll multiple semesters.
Her volleyball career included a USA Volleyball championship in 2016 and an AAU National Championship in 2014 with her club team.
Emma’s senior year in 2020 marked the end of her playing career, as she graduated with a degree and moved on from competitive sports.
Now, she is focused on her studies. Emma is in her third year of dental school at Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine, set to graduate in 2027.
Carley Raleigh Continues To Compete At Lincoln Memorial University!
Whereas Carley, younger than Emma Grace and Cal, is also a talented volleyball player who has made her mark both in high school and college.
Born in Cullowhee, North Carolina, Carley played varsity volleyball at West Henderson High School, where she wore jersey number 23 and played as a setter.
During high school, from 2021 to 2023, Carley Raleigh made a name for herself on the volleyball court. One of her standout moments came in October 2022, when she scored five kills in a match against Kings Mountain.
Now, Carley is playing college volleyball at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee, a Division II school. In the 2025 season, she’s a redshirt sophomore and plays as a setter.
Her volleyball career is still going strong, and she’s making the most of her college years, balancing academics and athletics.
Cal Raleigh’s Younger Brother, Todd, Is Following In His Footsteps!
Todd “T” Raleigh Jr., the youngest of Raleigh siblings, is a high school baseball player from Cullowhee, North Carolina, in the Class of 2028.
Standing tall at 6 feet 3 inches, Tod is following in his big brother’s footsteps as a switch-hitting catcher. He also plays third base and is a right-handed pitcher.

Currently uncommitted to a college, he plays for the 15U SmarTense Academy travel ball team based in Alpharetta, Georgia. There, he competes in high-level tournaments in the Atlanta area.
His standout moment came when he caught for Cal during the 2025 MLB Home Run Derby in Atlanta, where Cal won, making it a special family moment.
Todd Jr. is still early in his athletic career, but his skills as a catcher suggest he could follow in Cal’s footsteps.
