Amanda Busick on challenges of being a female in a male-dominant sport

The sports reporter believes that the vital challenge in being a woman in a male-dominant sport is that people look at them precisely as women in sport rather than a co-worker or colleague.

There is an unnecessary judgment as a result of which people search for what she does not know. Anyway, Busick uses it as a motivation to work harder, and such resentments do not bother her.

It’s saddening to see additional sets of burdens on women’s shoulders when it comes to earning and working.
