Sports Journalist Jenn Sterger and former baseball player Cody Decker parted their ways in 2023, after five years.
Recently, Jennifer Lynette Sterger, 41, shared her side of the 2010 scandal involving NFL quarterback Brett Favre in a new Netflix documentary streamed on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
The documentary “Untold: The Fall of Favre” focused on scandals involving the legendary quarterback. In the documentary, Sterger said,
“So, here’s the craziest part about the whole scandal—I’ve never met Brett Favre. We’ve never been in the same room, we’ve never shaken hands, we had no kind of relationship, no rapport, nothing,” “I was never treated like a person,” “I think one of the reasons why it’s so hard for people to have any empathy for me on the internet is because I’m just a picture to them, and he was Brett Favre.”

She revealed she had never met Favre in person but started receiving anonymous MySpace messages, texts, voicemails, and eventually an explicit photo allegedly from him while she was a gameday host for the New York Jets.
Jenn described that she felt harassed, dehumanized, and ultimately forced out of her career, while Brett’s reputation remained unharmed.
The documentary also explains broader allegations against Brett, including his involvement in a welfare fund scandal.
Now, Sterger lives in Los Angeles and is focused on her career in comedy.
