Anthony introduced Kevin to his Instagram followers in 2019. He shared a photo of little Kevin piled up with stuffed toys from the movie Toy Story.
Rizzo captioned the post, “Move over Woody, there is a new sheriff in town, and his name Is KEVIN!”
He then shared another photo of Kevin in 2020, wearing a life jacket and looking ready to head to the waters with his parents.
Kevin has also been previously featured with his dad in an advertisement for the American hydration company BodyArmor.
The first baseman shared a series of pictures of Kevin carrying the BodyArmor bottle toward him, making it a fun marketing.
Kevin Had A Big Hand In Aaron Judge Staying With The Yankees
The 2022 AL MVP, Aaron Judge, was the hottest free agent, with many MLB teams fighting for his signature. But in the end, he decided to stay with the Yankees.
And one of the biggest reasons for it was Anthony Rizzo’s dog, Kevin. In an interview with The Tonight Show in 2023, Judge revealed that Rizzo called him every day to convince him to stay with the Yankees.
Judge also shared that Rizzo used their dogs as one of the reasons for Aaron to stay with the Yankees.
Judges’ pet, Penny, and Rizzos’ pet, Kevin, are best friends, with the host, Jimmy Fallon, even pulling out a photo of the two pets playing together at the Yankees stadium.
So, the Yankees organization is surely grateful to Kevin for helping them keep Judge with them, even though it meant coughing out a $360 million contract.

Anthony Rizzo’s wife, Emily Vakos, is a multifaceted woman working as a realtor and a nutritionist.
Emily graduated from Arizona State University with a Nutrition and Food Management degree in 2016. She previously had a blogging website called The Food-1-1 which she created during college.
She previously worked with Chicago Cubs as a nutritional intern, also the place where it’s been reported that she met her future partner Anthony Rizzo.
Emily has previously worked as a real estate broker for @Properties but might have left her job there since her realtor page cannot be found.
The MLB star, Rizzo, went down on one knee during their trip to Lake Michigan on June 1, 2017. In a movie-esque manner, Rizzo had prepared for a firework show to impress his partner.
It had only been one year since the couple had become Instagram officials before their engagement.
The couple tied the knot on December 29, 2018, in Miami, Florida, with close family and friends in attendance.
