The Games’ Intensity Quickly Shifted to Outrage After Jersey No. 3 Punched The West Salem Defender!

According to Neher’s post, the video captured the Aquinas player punching a West Salem defender who did not have the ball during the high-stakes Coulee Conference title game at Roger Harring Stadium.

She described this act as bullying and misconduct.

Moreover, she stressed that such behavior has no place in youth athletics and urged the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) to take action.

Neher concluded her post by stating,

Let’s see how Aquinas and its administration, along with Coach, respond to this situation and what steps will be taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Her post quickly gained strong reactions from the community, and many commented on their POVs.

One person expressed frustration by saying:

Anyone who is shocked by this behavior lives under a rock! Aquinas gets away with stuff like this all the time

Another viewer who watched the full video added,

West Salem #12 did not have the ball, the Aquinas QB had it!!! That’s awful!!!

The overall responses reflected deep concern and frustration over the incident.

Such acts of bullying have no place in youth sports and must be addressed decisively.
