Bailey is survived by her parents, Sue and Jeff Harris, her grandparents, and other loving family members.
Bailey was born on March 19, 1991, to Sue and Jeff in Longview, Washington.
She grew up with a passion for softball that shone bright from the start. At R.A. Long High School, she quickly became a star.
The Daily News called her “the freshman phenomenon.” She was also named Seattle Times Athlete of the Week.

Bailey dominated on the field. She was the MVP of the Varsity Softball team and won the Coach’s Award all four years. Off the field, she excelled, too.
She was a member of the National Honor Society and was chosen Homecoming Queen. Her skills and drive earned her a full athletic scholarship to the University of Washington.
She graduated from high school in 2009 and was later inducted into the R.A. Long Hall of Fame.
This honor recognized her lasting impact on the school and the sport.

At the University of Washington, Bailey continued to shine. She played for the Huskies with the same fire and talent.
She graduated with honors, earning a degree in Sociology and making the Dean’s List. Her time at UW was about more than softball. It showed her balance of brains, heart, and athletic grit.
After college, Bailey chased new dreams. She started online classes at Liberty University. Her goal was to become a Christian Counselor.
Sadly, her health began to decline, and she had to pause those studies, but she never stopped creating or giving.
Bailey owned and ran B Natural Blends, her small business. She made handcrafted products with love. She marketed them, gave many away, and sold some as well.
It was a perfect fit for her creative and generous spirit. She found joy in blessing others through her work.
Bailey is Remembered for her Deep Faith in Jesus and her Quirky Sense of Humor
Her generous heart and strong spirit touched so many lives. She was passionate and determined in everything she did.
Bailey loved animals too. She rescued her beloved cats from the Long Beach Humane Society. This showed her soft spot for those in need.
When news of Bailey Harris’ death spread, tributes poured in. People shared stories and prayers for her family.
Chantelle Hoagman, a classmate from the class of 2009, wrote,
“This is so heartbreaking! We went to school together, #classof09. Bailey was always soooo sweet! She was amazing at softball as well! I just saw a post about her making more products for her business so this definitely threw me off guard. I knew her health was declining, but no idea how rapidly. My condolences and heart go out to all of her family and friends. You will be missed Bailey.”
