Bobby Lashley, also known as Franklin Roberto Lashley, was born on July 16, 1976, and is an American professional wrestler and mixed martial artist.

Lashley debuted in WWE in January 2005 and quickly rose on SmackDown as a one-time national Champion.

Following that, Bobby moved to ECW, winning two ECW World Championships and feuding with Vince McMahon, highlighted by representing Donald Trump at WrestleMania 23. He left WWE in 2008.

Later, transitioning into MMA in 2008, Lashley joined Bellator in 2014, winning all five bouts until 2016, showcasing his versatility in combat sports.

In 2009, he joined TNA/Impact, becoming a four-time World Heavyweight Champion. Returning to WWE in 2018 on Raw, he achieved two Intercontinental, three United States, and two WWE Championships.

Bobby Lashley’s father was a US Army Drill Sergeant, which led the family to move frequently due to his job.

These experiences fueled Lashley’s aspiration to join the military, a path he pursued after graduating, following in his father’s footsteps.

Meanwhile, his mother, Clara Lashley, raised him and his siblings as a single parent due to the nature of her husband’s job. Clara has been very supportive of Bobby throughout his career.
