Bryce was born on October 16, 1992, to his parents, Ron Harper and Sheri Harper, in Las Vegas, Nevada. His father, Ron, was an ironworker.

Alongside his parents, Bryce grew up with his older brother, Bryan Harper, a former baseball pitcher who played for the Washington Nationals for eight long seasons.
