A varsity lacrosse player at Central Bucks East High School, Frankie Pacitti, passed away untimely in December 2025.
Frankie Pacitti had been playing varsity lacrosse for Central Bucks East High School in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, ever since his freshman year back in 2023.
Following his tragic passing, Spiegel Sports Photography shared a tribute post, writing:

Frankie, who started playing lacrosse in 2023, stuck with it through the seasons, including the 2025 campaign, when the Patriots finished with a solid record of 14 wins and 6 losses.

He wore jersey number 33 and plays mostly on defense, including positions like defender and defensive midfielder, which means he focuses on stopping the other team and helping out in the middle of the field.
So far, he had contributed on the defensive end by picking up ground balls and making some caused turnovers, helping the team in matches against schools like Unionville and Lansdale Catholic.
As a member of the class of 2027, Frankie was still building his high school career with a couple more years ahead; however, his dreams were cut short.
Several friends, teammates, and everyone who loved him shared words of condolences and eulogies.
Marisa, one of his friends, wrote, “You were such a light in my life. i can’t believe your gone.“

Likewise, Evann wrote:
Rest in peace to someone we all called a brother. Please don’t ever fight a battle like this alone. Check in on everyone, and rest in paradise.
