Claudio Ranieri is a popular name in the world of soccer. Besides his achievements in the field, the professional soccer manager and former player has found success in his personal life. Claudio has been married to Rosanna Ranieri for over four decades.

Claudio Ranieri Grande Ufficiale OMRI, a.k.a, Claudio Ranieri, is an Italian professional soccer manager who is currently serving as the head coach of Serie A club Cagliari.

The Italian manager was born to his parents, Renata Ranieri and Mario Ranieri, in Rome, Italy, on October 20, 1951.

He began playing soccer at his neighborhood church and later played professional soccer with teams like Roma, Catanzaro, Catania, and Palermo.

Ranieri began his managerial career with the lower league teams in Italy and eventually came to prominence after helping Cagliari to promote from Serie C1 up to Serie A. Similarly, he managed other bigger clubs like Napoli, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Juventus, Roma, Inter Milan, and Monaco.

One of his greatest achievements was with the premier league team Leicester City when they won the 2015-16 Premier League title. Following the title win, the Italian coach was named the 2016 Premier League Manager of the Season and LMA Manager of the Year.

Besides his successes, he has a fair share of bad experiences. After only three months of working as a manager for Watford, Ranieri was sacked due to poor performance of the team. Similarly, other clubs like Chelsea, Valencia, Juventus, Inter Milan, and Monaco did sack the Italian manager.

Claudio Ranieri Wife: Rosanna Ranieri
