Delon Wright was drafted with the 20th overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft by the Toronto Raptors on June 25, 2015.
He signed his rookie contract with the Toronto Raptors and was subsequently enlisted in the team for the 2015 NBA Summer League.
In April 2016, Wright scored a season-high 19 points in a 111-98 victory against the Indiana Pacers. He had multiple stints with Raptors 905 of the NBA Development League.
Wright missed the 2016-17 season due to a right shoulder injury. In January 2018, Wright scored a career-high 25 points and 13 rebounds in a 124-115 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
