Dan Campbell’s wife, Holly Campbell, doesn’t shy away from supporting her husband’s team. On Sunday night, the Lions defeated the Vikings comprehensively, 31-9, to take the NFC’s No. 1 seed and a first-round bye.
Dan and his wife, Holly, have been married since 1999. Holly grew up in Texas and met Dan while they both were attending Texas A&M University.
She has been significant support throughout her husband’s career in the NFL on and off-field.
Likewise, she often shares encouraging messages and light-hearted videos on social media to show her support, especially after tough games.
A few hours after the Lions defeated the Vikings, Holly took her Instagram to flaunt the victory.
She shared an AI image of a lion breathing out fire and wrote, “It doesn’t get any better than this!!!“
Before the game, Holly had also shared a photo of her in the luxury box and captioned the post, “Defend the Den.”
After the Lions’ victory, she also shared the NFC North Champions jersey and cap. Holly isn’t one of the NFL WAGs who loves staying quiet; she loves dishing it out.
Prior to the Lions Vs. the Vikings clash, Holly shared a photo of her pizza order. You might ask, what did the pizza order have to do with the clash?
The pizza boxes had the writing, “One Pride. Destroy the Vikings!!! Biting Kneecaps.”
The Lions fans quickly found that the pizzas were from Pizzeria Bistro in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
There’s a good chance that the Lions fans will swamp the place, and probably did after Sunday night’s victory.

Holly has been vocal for the Lions throughout the season. Last year, the San Francisco 49ers defeated the Detroit Lions 34-31 in the NFL Conference Championship, blocking the Lions from their first Super Bowl appearance.
But on December 30, 2024, the Lions got their lick back against the 49ers, defeating them 40-34.
After the win, Kerby Joseph, the Lions’ safety, said the team really wanted to perform well against the 49ers after what happened last year.
But it wasn’t only the Lions player chiming in after the victory. Holly made sure to remind any 49ers fans who followed her on the Instagram post of the satisfying win.
She shared a photo of a roaring lion and captioned it, “Made it right. 14-2.“
With the NFL playoffs ready to begin later this month, there’s no doubt that Holly will certainly maintain the same enthusiasm.
Alongside teasing rival fans, Dan Campbell’s wife loves sharing family photos on her Instagram handle.
On Christmas, she made her entire family wear a sweater that read, “I Have Big Beautiful Balls.“
Jared Goff Is Surrounded By Controversy As Fans Say The Refs Favored The Lions
The scoreline might’ve made many think the Lions ran away with the victory. But early in the clash, there was a bit of drama.
On Sunday night, many fans and experts alike thought Lions quarterback Jared Goff got away with an intentional grounding in the first half of the game.
In the second quarter, Goff had the ball at his eight-yard-line. He dropped back and retreated into the end zone while under pressure from multiple Viking defenders.
As Ivan Pace Jr. hit him, Goff threw the ball into the turf right in front of him.

Lead official Brad Rogers said there was no foul for intentional grounding because there was a receiver in the area, who happened to be tight end #89 Brock Wright. But on replay, the call seemed questionable.
NBC rule analyst Terry McAulay believed the penalty should’ve stood. McAulay said,
Fortunately, for the Vikings, the call didn’t mean much, as they got a deflected interception five plays later.
The officiating crew also missed a facemask penalty on the Lions’ defense earlier in the game.
After the victory, Goff complimented the Lions’ defense, saying they bailed him out a couple of times and pointed out that they didn’t let the Vikings score a single touchdown.
In Case You Didn’t Know
