One of the Chinese outlets also said Apple worked as an editor in a magazine in Beijing and met the snooker player during an interview. Junhui revealed he was in a relationship with Apple after the first day of the 2012 Snooker Champions League Finals.
He also shared that Apple was six years older than him, and he always wanted to date someone older than him. The three-time UK Championship winner also revealed that during the dating stages, he would call Apple “glasses girl” or “Yuan Yuan.”
In a later interview, the Chinese star shared he and Apple had been dating since 2009 but had kept it a secret. Unlike her husband, Apple isn’t very active on social media.

On January 1, 2017, the snooker player showed he wasn’t only a good athlete but also a caring father. He shared an image of him in his dad duties pushing a stroller.
