The Happy Valley, Oregon, community is mourning the untimely death of beloved native and former athlete, Alex Luchak.
Alex Luchak passed away earlier this week, however the details surrounding his untimely death are not yet available.
Born in Oregon, Alex Luchak touched the lives of many with his amazing athletic skills and his kind nature.
Alex Luchak began his athletic journey at Clackamas High School in 2004, where he played for the boys’ varsity baseball team and led his team in several victories. He graduated in 2007.
He further continued his athletic career at Clackamas Community College, playing baseball for the men’s baseball team and winning several honorable titles throughout his tenure.
Although Alex Luchak didn’t continue his career in sports professionally, he won the hearts of many in the community with his collegiate and high school sports journey.
Late Alex Luchak Was Serving as Director of Sales and Marketing In His Family-Owned Business
After earning his B.B.A. from Oregon State University in 2009, Alex Luchak began his career at his family-owned business named Miles Fiberglass & Composites Inc., where he worked until his recent passing.
He began his journey as a Gel-Coat gun operator in 2008 and later served as Lamanator/ Chopper Gun Operator for two years and Wind Tech for five years.
From 2014 until his recent passing, Alex Luchak served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Miless Fiberglass & Composites Inc. in Happy Valley, Oregon.
Alex also earned his Associate’s degree in Business in Renewable Energy from Clackamas Community College in 2013, and his Certified Composites Technician from ACMA in 2014.
He also previously worked as a computer analsis/data entry at Tugman Group.
Furthermore, the untimely death of Alex Luchak has left a profound void in the lives of his family, friends, and loved ones.
Many of his loved ones are paying tribute to the late Alex Luchak and extending their heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time.
Alex Luchak is survived by his wife, Brittany Luchak, his parents, Lori-Luchak Olund and Forrest Olund, his brother, Justin Luchak, and the entire family.
Alex’s wife, Brittany, took to her social media to express her sorrow at losing her husband and pay tribute to him. The post reads:
“It feels impossible to type these words, but my husband, Alex, passed away. He was my love, my best friend, the person who saw me, believed in me, my comfort, and he made the world feel safe. My heart is shattered, but I’m holding onto the memories we made and the love we shared.He was so hilarious, smart, and he loved me, his family, and his friends with all he had. Losing him is the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced. I’m so lost and such a mess without him. Thank you to everyone who has been thinking of us, even in silence.”

She further added that a celebration of life will be at Clackamas Community College on Saturday, January 10, at 2 PM to honor the late Alex Luchak. His family will soon provide details about his funeral service.
