NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that Shaquill Griffin, a third-round pick in 2017, was set to visit the Seahawks on 7 April.
Griffin last played for the Minnesota Vikings on a one-year deal and is now a free agent.
Well, Shaquill and Shaquem Griffin are two of the most popular and well-loved twin players on the Seattle Seahawks.
Their strong bond as brothers, shared love for football, and Shaquem’s inspiring journey as the NFL’s first one-handed player make them stand out.
The Griffin Family Has Done Everything From Their Parts To Build Shaquem and Shaquill More Prominent For The NFL
Terry and Tangie Griffin, Shaquem and Shaquill’s parents, raised their sons with tough love.
They made it clear they wouldn’t tolerate self-pity, especially from Shaquem, whose left hand was amputated at the age of four.

They treated both boys equally, pushing Shaquem to do everything his brother could.
When asked how Shaquem learned to catch a ball with one hand, Terry explained that getting hit in the face repeatedly motivated Shaquem to figure it out.
The Griffins also taught their sons the importance of focusing on each other.
When Shaquem thought about quitting football in college, his mother, Tangie, made sure he understood the sacrifices his brother, Shaquill, had made for him.
She reminded Shaquem that Shaquill had turned down many opportunities for him and that he needed to stay and support his brother.
Similarly, Tangie and Terry, who never missed a football game, started the St. Pete Nitro Track & Field Club, an AAU track team, and they continue to run it today.
They help provide financial support for kids who can’t afford to participate.
Shaquill and Shaquem are also involved in the club, and Shaquill mentioned that their parents now have over 100 participants in the program.

Whether watching them work out at night or biking alongside them during their long runs, father Terry was always involved in their journey.
Terry said watching his kids’ dreams come true was a heart-stopping moment.
Similarly, the twins can’t praise their mother enough. They describe her as someone who gives so much without asking for anything in return.
