On April 1, 1999, Gabriel Davis was born to his mother, Alana Davis, and his Father, James Davis. His mother was still very young when she was pregnant with Gabriel.

Davis joined the University of Central Florida to play college football, where he was impressive. Davis appeared in and started all 13 games in his first season.
