On October 2, a severe car accident left Gary Nicoll with multiple fractures, internal injuries, and a traumatic brain injury (DAI), devastating his young family.

His mother, Josephine Savoia Nicoll, expressed her gratitude to the community on October 6, saying,

“Thank you everyone for love and support. Keep praying.”

Gary built a distinguished career in financial services, helping countless individuals secure their financial futures.

As a Financial Advisor at Advanced Group Financial Services, he passionately guided clients in creating customized investment strategies.

Known for his skill in tailoring portfolios to individual goals, Gary stood out for his ability to simplify complex financial concepts and make them accessible to those he served.

Before joining Advanced Group Financial Services, Gary worked as a Senior Financial Planner at Affinity Group LLC, where he prepared financial analyses, implemented strategies, and assisted with tax planning.

His professional journey also included three years as a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs AYCO Personal Financial Management, where he advised high-net-worth clients and C-suite executives.

Gary’s career began on Wall Street, where he spent a decade honing his skills in the world of finance.

He worked at Cantor Fitzgerald on the Debt Capital Markets Desk in trade and sales support before joining Bank of America as part of its Repo Trading and Sales team—one of the largest trading desks in the world.

His extensive experience made him a respected and trusted figure in the industry.

Gary graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Finance and a minor in Management.

He excelled academically, earning a Presidential Scholarship and a place on the Dean’s List.

He held FINRA Series 63, Series 7, and Series 52 licenses, which reflected his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.

Beyond his professional life, Gary loved playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their daughter, Lucy.

He also gave back to the community through his involvement with the Wildwood Foundation, serving on its Board and Investment and Development Committees.

His philanthropic work supported people with disabilities and promoted awareness and inclusion.
