These programs are designed for children of different age groups and skill levels.

For younger children, ages 3 to 5, the center offers Multi‑Sports with Amazing Athletes on Mondays from 4:30 to 5:15 PM.

It also introduces kids to a variety of sports, helping them develop basic movement skills, coordination, and confidence.

On Tuesdays, children in the same age group can join Karate Zoo from 4:00 to 4:45 PM, where they will learn the fundamentals of karate in a fun and safe environment.

For older children, ages 6 to 9, there are programs that focus on more advanced skills and physical fitness.

Additionally, Physical Education Sports with Amazing Athletes takes place on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.

This class allows kids to explore multiple sports while learning teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits.

Likewise, TGA Golf & Tennis, held on Wednesdays from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, offers young athletes the chance to learn golf and tennis skills from experienced instructors in a supportive and engaging setting.
