On December 16th, 2025, the world lost a bright light with the sudden and unexpected passing of Carmelo Anthony Lee Burston, affectionately known as MELO.

Carmelo’s life, though tragically short, was marked by resilience and warmth.
Despite enduring profound personal losses this past year, including the deaths of his MeMaw and father Thierry, he remained strong, ambitious, and full of life.

Erika Robson shared her heartbreak, saying,
“He was my right-hand man, my strength through life’s hardest moments. We have been through so much together, and he never stopped showing up with courage, love, and determination.”
