Isaiah stepped onto this planet on July 13, 1994, to his parents Regina Hicks and Thomas Hicks.

He schooled at J. F. Webb High School. Isaiah was entitled to the basketball game, 2013 McDonald’s All-American Boys Game roster.
After completing high school, Isaiah joined the University of North Carolina and printed himself for the North Carolina Tar Heels men’s basketball program.
