Jackson Holliday’s brother, Ethan, is a star in the making and is the no.1 player among the 2025 class in the nation. Jackson also has a sister, Gracyn, and another younger brother, Reed.
To have one talented athletic son is a blessing for a baseball father, but having two certainly makes things fun. Matt Holliday, the seven-time all-star, has two sons whose baseball skills have people watching in awe.
Jackson was drafted first overall in the 2022 MLB Draft and is currently playing in the minor league for the Baltimore Orioles. Ethan has already won an international trophy with the Team USA and is committed to Oklahoma State University.
But if he ever plays for Oklahoma will remain a huge question mark until 2025. He can follow his brother’s footsteps, and decide to go pro and hand his name for the MLB Draft.
His older brother is reaping the benefit of his hard work and is the best prospect in the minor league, as said by many. Though there may be a lot of pressure riding on Ethan, the teenager is up for a challenge.
Jackson Holliday Brother, Ethan, And Reed
The future MLB star, Jackson Holliday, has two younger brothers, Ethan and Reed. Ethan has already proved to the world he will continue the family legacy with his exceptional baseball skills.
And talking about the youngest member of the Holliday family, Reed, it wouldn’t be a far fetch thought to think he could join his dad and brothers one day.
Ethan Holliday Is The No.1 Player In The 2025 Class
Ethan Holliday, born on February 24, 2007, has been classified as the top draft pick for the 2025 class. During his freshman year at Stillwater High School, Ethan’s batting order was right behind his brother.
With Jackson now playing in the minor league, Ethan has stepped up to take the reign. Standing at 6ft 4, Ethan has already represented his nation on the international stage.
Last year, Ethan played for the U-15 National Team and won Gold with his teammates at the WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup. The youngster also took home the most runs batted in award with him.
Like his brother previously, Ethan has committed to Oklahoma State University. But like, Jackson, he might not play a single game and might choose to get drafted instead in the MLB.
Interview With LakePoint Sports
Earlier this month, Ethan was interviewed by LakePoint Sports and was questioned about what else he could improve in his game plan.
Despite being touted as the no.1 draft pick in the future, the youngster remained humble and said there can always be room for improvement.
In many of his interviews, Ethan has pointed out that his mother, Leslee, has been his major supporter. With the baggage of carrying on the family legacy on Ethan, Leslee told her son it was fine if he didn’t want to play baseball.
Ethan also shared that his brother constantly checks up on him and texts him to ask how he is doing. The older brother also doesn’t forget to remind his brother to have fun and not put too much pressure on himself.
Jackson Holliday Sister, Graycn Holliday
Along with having two brothers, Jackson Holliday also has a sister in Gracyn Holliday.
Gracyn, born on November 7, 2009, is the second youngest member of the family. Previously, Matt has shared a few posts as a tribute to his daughter.
On the occasion of National Daugther’s Day, the former MLB player shared a sweet post for his only daughter. The caption read, “This is my national daughter day and she is awesome! Grace is truly a joy to father.”
The teenager is available on Instagram with the username @gracynhollidayy and has shared pictures mostly with her family and friends.
