Ex-Ambridge HS Football Player Jalin Clark, 20, Passes Away Leaving His Parents DeAunta’e And Megan Behind

Jalin Clark, a 20-year-old Ambridge High School graduate and passionate football player, passed away in an unfortunate accident on May 4, 2025.

He started playing as a child and most recently played semi-pro with the Beaver County Arctic Bengals.

Wearing jersey number 20, Jalin played as a shooting guard and stood 5’10” tall, weighing 125 pounds.

He was also a proud New Hope Community Church member and enjoyed helping in the Youth Ministry.

Family And Friends Mourn The Loss Of Jalin Clark

Jalin leaves behind his parents, DeAunta’e and Megan Clark, and his brothers and sisters: Ayreonna, Dakota, Teeghan, Kyler, and Kayden.

He is also survived by his grandmother, Linda Davis; his grandparents, Marilyn Williams and Lonnie Clark; and many other loving family members and friends.

He will be greeted in Heaven by his grandfather Gilbert Davis, his cousin Christopher Faiella, and his great-great-grandparents Goliton and Maple Walker.

Martin Wood, who knew Jalin, shared a heartfelt message after his passing, saying how much he was loved and would always be remembered.

He asked the lord to watch over Jalin and offered his support to his father, DeAunta’e, letting him know he would always be there for him.

Rest with the Lord Jalin Clark we Love you brother! Just know we will keep you in our hearts and mind always! Be with the Lord and watch over us and to your family DeAunta’e A Clarkwe are here for you my brother! Always will be. May peace and grace be upon all of your family during this tough time.

Many people were in disbelief after hearing the heartbreaking news about Jalin.

Aunt Nyjuata Marshman shared how unreal it all felt, expressing deep sadness over the loss of someone she had loved and supported since the day he was born.

Jalin always made sure everyone knew he was her favorite nephew.

This really don’t feel real at all, like why my baby🥺🥺🥺 he had Soo much life to live! Literally been there for every milestone in his life since birth🥺🥲🥲 we had a bond not a soul on this earth could ever break 🥺🥲🥲🥲 my baby alway made it known he was my favorite nephew to everyone! Similarly, Jalin’s sister, Ayreonna Clark, expressed how hard it is to believe he’s gone and how deeply their family is hurting.

Though they had ups and downs, he was her brother, and she always loved him.

She said she knows he’s now with their grandfather and cousin Chris, watching over them from above.

Ayreonna thanked Jalin for making her a big sister first, a role that meant the world to her.

  • Family and friends are invited to honor his life on Friday, May 9, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at New Hope Community Church, 592 Beaver Rd, Ambridge.
  • A second visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with the funeral service following at 11:00 AM.
