Jamal Murray is a Canadian professional basketball player who plays point guard/shooting guard for the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Murray started playing basketball at the young age of 3. He attended Grand River Collegiate Institute and Orangeville Prep.

He committed to the University of Kentucky and played for the Wildcats men’s basketball team.

The point guard started his NBA journey with the Denver Nuggets in 2016, and he has been serving for the same franchise since then.

In his rookie season, Jamal was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team.
