James Alvin Palmer, born on October 15, 1945, is a legendary Major League Baseball (MLB) figure.

A former professional baseball pitcher, Palmer etched his name in MLB history during his 19-year career with the Baltimore Orioles.

Palmer’s achievements include being the winningest MLB pitcher in the 1970s and earning three Cy Young Awards.

Similarly, he won four Gold Gloves during the decade. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1990.

The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony officiated by a Cooperstown judge in July 2007. As per reports, they were in a long-term relationship before marriage.

Susan manages a shop named Island Home Palm Beach, specializing in selling home goods and women’s resort wear.

Like Jim, Susan was previously married and has a son named Spencer Schmidt from her first marriage.

Although the Palmers reside in Palm Beach, Florida, they also have a home in Corona Del Mar, California.

Jim Palmer’s journey through matrimony began with his high-school sweetheart, Susan Ryan, in 1964.

The pitcher got married immediately after his signing by the Baltimore Orioles. Their union produced two daughters, but unfortunately, the couple parted ways in 1984.

Likewise, Palmer’s second marriage was with Joan H. Palmer from 1990 to 2000. Joan also worked as an investment advisor for her former husband.

Jamie even founded Palmer Thomas Recruitment Partners in 2008, where she served as the President until 2019.

Lastly, Jamie joined G-P/Globalization Partners in 2019 following her stint at Invaluable.

Jim’s other daughter, Kelly, resides in Trophy Club, Texas. She is married with a son, Henri, and a daughter, Maxine.

The Baltimore, Maryland native also studied in Garrison Forest for high school. She studied Criminology at the University of Colorado Boulder.

In light of her Facebook profile, Kelly further studied Paralegal Program Degree at Rollins College, graduating in 1992.

She has ventured into magazine publishing at Best Version Media. Currently, she serves as the Publisher of Southlake Neighbors and Trophy Club Neighbors.
